With so many activities along the Gulf Coast for kids it is hard to decide what to do and what to pass on.  The memories made by children while on summer vacation on the Emerald Coast will last for the rest of their lives; ours too for that matter.  Like most responsible parents we want to provide the best environment possible to facilitate having those memories.  So far we are on the right track by deciding to come see Destin’s beaches.  After that, between parasailing with Destin Beach Parasail and jumping on America’s largest floating trampoline how in the world will you fit everything in?  Easy; just listen to what us locals find fun for our kids.

Go to the beach!!!  Of course, this is the reason both locals and tourists are here.  We all have our favorite beaches for various reasons.  Some for location and parking, others for the choice lunch and cocktails option, whether we want beach service and/or watersports also influences our favorite beach spot.  To get back on track the kids love the beach waterparks.  The park in front of the Whale’s Tail in Miramar beach is run by La Dolce Vita and is a great one.  Check out their website www.destinbeachservice.com The kids don life jackets and can play for hours on the floating iceberg, climbing wall, and the giant trampoline while you enjoy a refreshing umbrella drink in one of La Dolce Vita’s chair and umbrella setups.  Send them out parasailing with Destin Beach Parasail or on a kayak.  Maybe you grab a kayak and watch them fall off their stand up paddleboard until they master the technique.  They have everything from snow cones to beach parasailing.  Anyway you take it this beach has fun all around.
